1.Before confirm the schedule by Kyo interior design, cancellation requests may be submitted by email or through our Contact page.

 

2.Kyo interior design reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an interior design service, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to designer availability. 

We strive to let clients know if an interior design service must be rescheduled.

 

3.Once schedule is confirmed, please note that there are not eligible for cancel or refunds. Upgrading or downgrading of the plan can be requested and are subject to approval.

 

4.No refunds, credits or rescheduling will be offered after an interior design service has commenced.
